ToolBox Wine Co and Veia Production to begin filming Feast it Forward.
Tool Box Wine Co co-founder Katie Hamilton Shaffer and Veia Productions will begin filming a new show in and around Napa Valley in September. “Sip, Share. Feast it Forward” will promote good will & charitable giving through culinary related events. Wine & food enthusiast viewers will learn about causes around the country and the chefs & winemakers that are inspired by them. From “off the beaten path” wineries, wine country food & wine fundraisers, to vintners opening up their homes for intimate tastings & gourmet fare – this behind the scenes look is truly “beyond the bottle” — From farm to table, vineyard to harvest to cellar, there are many faces and stories to which these come together. “Sip. Share. Feast it Forward” allow viewers to be a part of the journey & give back as they arrive as visitors, leave as friends….post-show sales format gives TV Show guests an opportunity to “feast it forward,” while giving back to their cause through online sales of their product, giving power of the consumer.

The 65th Annual Tony Awards Red Carpet with Julie James
Last night Broadway Names with Julie James very own Julie James was live on the Red Carpet interviewing the Tony Award Nominees with Veia Productions. Neil Patrick Harris returned as the host of The Tony Awards, which honored the best of Broadway. This year’s nominees include Al Pacino (The Merchant of Venice), Frances McDormand (Good People), Vanessa Redgrave, (Driving Miss Daisy), Billy Crudup (Arcadia), Edie Falco (The House of Blue Leaves), John Larroquette (How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying) and many other amazing Broadway talents.
The Drama Desk Awards
Veia Productions had the pleasure of being in attendance at the 56th Annual Drama Desk Awards hosted by Harvey Fierstein. The event was held on Monday, May 23, 2011 in the fabulous Hammerstein Ballroom in Manhattan Center. Appearances were made by Ellen Barkin, T.V. Carpio, Tyne Daly, Jennifer Damiano, Montego Glover, Jonathon Groff, Katie Holmes, Cheyenne Jackson, Larry Kramer, Marsha Mason, David Hyde Pierce, Colin Quinn, Daniel Radcliffe, Liev Schreiber, Annabella Sciorra, Christian Siriano, Holland Taylor, Tom Wopat and Victoria Clark. The Drama Desk are considered the precursor to the Tony Awards.
Veia Productions shoots short film “6 Stories”
Veia Productions was on location in Orlando, FL this week to shoot the short film 6 Stories. The film is about how Six Individual lives cross in a single day.

Broadway on Broadway® is a free outdoor concert that kicks off the Broadway season each September, held on a giant stage in Times Square. Broadway on Broadway is produced by The Broadway League and the Times Square Alliance.

Veia Productions was invited to the new Arena Stage Launch Party held in NY last night. Arena Stage is one of the nation’s original resident theaters. With the opening of the new Mead Center for American Theater, Arena Stage has become a national center for the production, presentation, development and study of the American theater.
